Founded by children’s book author Pat Mora, Día has encouraged the celebration of children and books for more than 20 years.The AF Library has partnered with the American Falls High School Spanish classes and the Senior Project Program to present a multicultural celebration of children, families, and reading, and emphasize the importance of advocating literacy for children of all linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Children and their families are invited to join us on April 25th to enjoy crafts, snacks, story time, and door prizes. Each family will get to choose a free book to take home with them.
