Did you receive your Hogwarts acceptance letter? If not, join us for a Hogwarts summer adventure. Master spells, go on adventures and read, read, read to win amazing prizes!

Many of you have asked if we are having a “normal” Summer Reading Program this year. The answer is YES! We are planning to offer our “normal” program, complete with in-person Friday programs full of stories, crafts, outdoor activities and tons of fun! We hope you will join us.

Registration Will begin May 27 and run through June 19. Reading will begin June 5 and Friday programs begin June 11.

We also have programs for Teen and Adults.

We have a few take-n-make Chia Pet activities left over from Kids’ Club. Drop by the Library and pick one up (while supplies last). Also included in the bag is a 3D viewer. April will be our last month for Kids’ Club until fall, so come join in on the fun.

April will be our last month for Storytime until fall, so don’t miss out on the fun.

Thanks to all who attended the book club event on March 11th. The next book club for boys will be in October. Books will be available mid-September.

Please note that there will not be Storytime on Tuesday, March 9 due to a election being held in the Library Community Room.

For our last Girl’s Book Club of the school year we will be discussing The Night Fairy on April 8th. Registration is required by March 27, so drop by to pick up a book in preparation for this event.

What would happen to a fairy if she lost her wings and could no longer fly? Flory, a young night fairy no taller than an acorn and still becoming accustomed to her wings, is about to find out. What she discovers is that the world is very big and very dangerous. But Flory is fierce and willing to do whatever it takes to survive. If that means telling others what to do — like Skuggle, a squirrel ruled by his stomach — so be it. Not every creature, however, is as willing to bend to Flory’s demands.
