Are you wondering what we’ll be doing for March’s storytimes at the library? Here it is: A “Pussy willow craft” that looks more like a dandelion :), Rainbow glasses for St. Pat’s day, Cupcake liner birds, and Frisbees!

Join us on Tues & Friday mornings at 10:30 for fun finger plays, songs, puppet and even story books.

Area teens are encouraged to drop by the library March 1-9 to fill out a tournament bracket for “March Book Madness.”   Participants ages 12 – 18 may complete a bracket for 16 popular young adult and Jr. Classic Fiction book titles, to predict the most popular book. Incentives will be offered for bracket submissions and voting rounds. Amazon gift cards will be awarded for the top three bracket submissions that most closely match the outcomes of the competition (brackets must be submitted by March 9). Teens may vote for their favorite books during each round of the competition.  The first round of voting begins March 11^th. The championship round will take place the week of April 1-6.

Books4Boys Father-Son book club presents “The Cay” By Theodore Taylor on March 14th at 7:00 PM. Registration is open through February 28th. Come join the fun!
