The University of Idaho McClure Center for Public Policy Research and the Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children invite you to a virtual town hall meeting in your community. This town hall is intended to gather information on your experiences, challenges and successes connected to early learning programs and childcare in your community. The meeting will last for approximately 90 minutes. We hope that you, as a parent of a young child, a provider of an early learning program, an educator of children or a community member, will share your thoughts with us. The first step in this research project is to understand the needs, resources and programs across Idaho. Idaho is vast and varied, so we are ‘visiting’ each educational region to learn about the programs, successes and challenges in these distinct areas. We are eager to learn from you and hope you attend this town hall meeting. The input from stakeholders in each community will guide the future of early learning resources and programs in Idaho. Please share this invitation with others in your community who might be interested in attending these town halls. RSVP at https://www.uidaho.edu/president/direct-reports/mcclure-center/current-research/calendar If you have any further questions about this town hall, then please contact the McClure Center by email mcclurecenter@uidaho.edu or by phone (208) 364-4563.
